VCaaS is the delivery of multiparty and point-to-point video conferencing solutions over an IP network by a managed cloud service provider. Our offerings include interoperable services, endpoint management, multi-point high definition (HD) bridging, white-glove concierge services, recording, and archiving. We are using infrastructure & support services of Beetel. Using Beetel infrastructure, we offer world-class video collaboration services delivered in different flexible packages to accommodate the business needs of various business segments.

Service begins as soon as within 24 hrs (working days) once your payment is processed. You'll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. You have to renew the contract on your chosen contract renewal date. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we'll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 2 days of your order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 2nd days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Cancellations can be made by contacting your account manager or Customer Support . Customers availed demo facility will not refunded as all the features were elaborately presented during demo.

Subscription
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be charged, in one lump sum, the term rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Your subscription will not automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you opted for a renewal. We may change your plan's rate at each renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change in advance. If the applicable GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date.

Cancellation & Refund
By paying the VCaaS Subscription fee, Customer is agreeing to avail the subscribed services for the term opted. If you cancel within 2 days of your order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 2 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Cancellations can be made by contacting your account manager or Customer Support. This subscription cannot be modified during the term agreed. We request customers to have demo off hand before placing order to understand all the prevailing features and benefit.

Termination & Modification of services
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the VCaaS agreement for any reason.

Fraud
Without limiting any other remedies, We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
